Development Applications on Exhibition
From November 2024, all Development Applications on public exhibition are published on the NSW Planning Portal.
You may review plans and supporting information in relation to development applications on public exhibition, during the notification period, by selecting the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Government Area on the NSW Planning Portal DA Exhibition website:

Should you wish to make a submission regarding an application on exhibition, all submissions are made online via the NSW Planning Portal. Submissions can only be made during the notification period.
Please note that the NSW Planning Portal does not provide submitters with a copy of their submission once made. You may wish to consider uploading your submission as a .pdf document, to retain a record of your submission. Any person preparing a submission must ensure the submission is suitable for publishing.
To ensure Council’s compliance with the Privacy Management Policy and its responsibilities under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, the following information is provided:
- All public submissions (including petitions) on proposed developments will be considered in each Assessment Report prepared by Council and may be forwarded to the applicant or other interested public authorities for their response, included in a Council report or in court proceedings or provided under the Government Information Public Access Act (GIPAA). Should a submission be in the form of an objection, the grounds of the objection must be clearly stated.
- Where disclosed, names, addresses and identifying information of people making submissions will be published in any Assessment Report presented to Council.
- Under the adopted Privacy Management Policy, personal information provided in submissions must be retained and published. Identifying details will not be redacted, unless a valid request for confidentiality has been made and approved.
- Submissions made via third party platforms, such as the NSW Planning Portal, will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies that are applicable to those platforms. This may result in information being published by Council regardless of any confidentiality request.
- Council will publish identifying details (where provided) in relation to any/all submissions, applications, requests etc. made to Council on any matter, unless confidentiality requirements otherwise apply.

Persons lodging submissions are required to declare reportable political donations (including donations of more than $1,000) made in the previous two years. For more information including a disclosure form go to the Political Donations Disclosure Form(PDF, 423KB) on Council’s website.
