Community Services
Community is important to Goulburn Mulwaree Council. We provide information, referral and centre-based activities for aged people, people with disabilities and their carers.
Leisure Link Service
Leisure Link offers a variety of social and recreational activities to people with physical and/or intellectual disability. Participants are provided with opportunities to experience a wide range of small and large group activities. Leisure Link programs operate with the assistance of volunteers.

Seniors Social Support Service
This Commonwealth Home Support Program funded service provides a range of social and practical supports / assistance to aged and vulnerable people over 65 years, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people over 50 years.
Supports are aimed at assisting older people to live as independently as possible and to continue to engage in their community, promoting a greater sense of wellbeing and inclusion.
Centre-based activities are held weekly at:
- Goulburn Community Centre - 155 Auburn Street Goulburn - each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30am - 2pm. Cost is $7.00 for morning tea, lunch and activities.
- Brewer Centre - George Street Marulan - each Thursday from 10:30am - 2pm. Cost is $7.00 for morning tea, lunch and activities.

NSW Seniors Festival 2026 - Live Life in Colour
Goulburn Mulwaree Council, in partnership with Goulburn Workers Club, is proud to present an exciting week of events and activities in celebration of our community’s seniors.

Goulburn Mulwaree Senior/Senior Group of the Year Award recognises the valuable contribution senior people and senior groups make within our community and is public affirmation of the integral part older people play in our community.
To be eligible, nominees must be 60 years or older and a resident of the Goulburn Mulwaree LGA. The selection committee will consider your nominee’s commitment and service to the community.
