Council's Public Forum will be held at 6pm in the Council Chambers on the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of January where it will be held on the third Tuesday of the month. Members of the public are welcome to address the Council as per the Council’s Model Code of Meeting Practice and the Public Forum Protocols.

To view an Agenda
Click on the Open button next to the Meeting event - this will open a new page, Click the Files link at the top of the page, Click Packet to open the Agenda Packet (the Business Paper). To download a copy for offline viewing, click the Folder/Save icon in the top right-hand corner.

Live Streaming and Recording
Meetings of Council are live streamed and recorded. To view the livestream, click on the Open button next to the Meeting event - this will open a new page, once the Livestream has started the video will appear in the top left-hand corner (note - the livestream will start just on 6pm)
To view a recording of a past meeting, select the Previous Meetings tab and click the Open button next to the Meeting event - this will open a new page with the meeting recording, the Agenda, the Packet (Business Paper) and the Minutes once they have been published.

My Subscriptions
As we transition to a new streaming portal, we are unable to accept any new subscriptions. Please check back later to see if subscriptions are open. Existing subscriptions will still work but cannot currently be modified.
