Community Engagement Strategy

At last night’s Council Meeting the Community Engagement Strategy was endorsed. The strategy demonstrates Council’s commitment to actively engage in the local community; it also sets out Council’s approach by identifying a set of principles that shape how it effectively engages.

Conflict of Interest Policy

The Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Conflict of Interest) Regulation 2022 was introduced in March 2023 and requires Council to develop a Policy for the management of Council-related development applications.

A draft Policy has been developed and was endorsed by Council at last night’s meeting.
