Are You New to Goulburn?
Ask Customer Service for your free New Residents Information Pack.
The pack includes information pertaining to local events, businesses, services, and residential information for Goulburn City and its surrounding areas.
As a new resident you may also wish to phone or visit the Council to arrange for new or replacement bins, find out waste collection times, collect a waste calendar or arrange for Leaf Collection in the Autumn Months.

Payments
Council general rates are due quarterly on the 31stAugust, 30th November, 28th February and the 31st May each year. Water rates are also charged quarterly and are generally due 2 to 3 weeks after your Council general rates.
General Rates and Water account payments can be made in person or over the phone using our automated payment service at (02) 4823 4575.

Application Forms
Come in to Council and the Customer Service team will be happy to provide copies of Planning Certificate(s) under s10.7 (2) & (5) EPA Act., S603, Development Application and other forms for your convenience.
Alternatively, they can be downloaded by using the links below, filled out and submitted in person, posted with payment to Locked Bag 22 Goulburn, NSW, 2580 or emailed with payment contact details to council@goulburn.nsw.gov.au.
