Roundabout Construction and Road Upgrade Works

Goulburn Mulwaree Council would like to advise works to upgrade the Common Street and Sinclair Street road pavements, between Sydney Road and Chiswick Street, and provide a new roundabout on the Sydney Road and Common Street intersection will commence on Monday 21 November 2022, and are expected to take approximately five months to complete – weather permitting.

The Project will provide fundamental industrial infrastructure to unlock the value and potential of key employment land in the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Government Area. The project will provide necessary preconditions for private investment in the newly rezoned Common Street industrial area.

Works are anticipated to take place Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. There will be some night works and Traffic control will be in place for the duration of the works.

During this period, it is requested that no vehicles be left parked on Common Street or Sinclair Street during work hours.
