Mayoral Minute – Wastewater Farm EOI Applications
Applicants who lodged an expression of interest for the Waste Water Farm will be invited to meet with Council at a briefing session on Tuesday 27th October 2020.
8 Lot Residential Subdivision – Dorsett Rd, Marulan
Consent was granted for this 8 lot residential subdivision at 30 Dorsett Road, Marulan subject to a number of conditions, including a planning agreement, which are available to view in the minutes.
Signature Care – Request for reduced fees
Council offered Signature Care a financial agreement that would allow the fees tof $1,204,398 to be paid on release of occupation certificate, and the balance of $626,964 to be paid in two equal annual instalements on the anniversary date of the first payment.
Ongoing Compliance Matters
Council will write to real estate agents, solicitors and conveyancors operating locally advising that “weekenders” are not a recognised or pemissable use, and that planning advice should be sought from Council prior to any development taking place. To date Council has issued 45 orders under the Environemntal Planning & Assessment Act 1979.
Develpoment Service Plan – Goulburn Stormwater
The Draft Development Service Plan for Goulburn Stormwater will be independently audited, prior to being placed on public exhibition for a minimum of thirty days.
Goulburn Mulwaree Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2020
The Local Infrastructure Contributions Plans sets out all 7.11 and 7.12 fees for development in Goulburn Mulwaree. Councillors accepted this document and will now place it in public exhibition for a minimum of 28 days.
Draft Goulburn Recreation Area Crown Reserve Plan of Management
Council endorsed this plan of management for referral to the NSW Government. Following approval by the Minister, the draft plan will be placed on public exhibition for 42 days.
