Council adopts Amendment No. 25 to the Goulburn Mulwaree Development Control Plan (DCP) 2009 –Chapter 8 - Brisbane Grove and Mountain Ash Site Specific Provisions
Goulburn Mulwaree Council gives public notice of the adoption of Amendment No. 25 of the Goulburn Mulwaree Development Control Plan (DCP) 2009, as per the Council resolution made on the 18th March 2025, resolution number 2025/39.
The Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) has finalised the amendments of the Planning Proposal for 292 Rosemont Road, Goulburn (Lots 117 & 118 DP 126140) (PP_2024_101). Consequently, the associated changes to the DCP have been adopted.
As per the resolution, the associated DCP amendments for the planning proposal will become effect from Wednesday 17 December 2025.
