Ellen was also the first player in history to take home the singles and pairs gold at the same event, male or female, thanks to her second gold medal with Kristina Krstic in the pairs.

Ms Ryan will be presented the ceremonial Key at a civic reception, following a street parade on 26 August 2022. Auburn Street will be closed between Verner and Goldsmith streets between 12pm and 12.30pm for this parade, which will include escorts from the NSW Police, and Fire and Rescue NSW.

Maintenance grading and gravel resheeting tender

Goulburn Mulwaree Council has accepted tenders from four companies to undertake maintenance grading and gravel resheeting throughout the Local Government Area.

Annually Council maintains over 420km of unsealed roads, with many of these unsealed roads require multiple grades throughout the financial year due to unforeseen circumstances, such as storm events, extended dry periods, and increased traffic volumes.

Denrith Pty Ltd, Coopers Earthmoving and Haulage Pty Ltd, JCF Demolition and Earthmoving Pty Ltd, and JLN Contractors Pty Ltd have agreed to undertake the work for three years, with Council’s Chief Executive Officer given authority to extend the contract by up to two years, based on performance.
