Draft Goulburn Mulwaree Development Control Plan 2009 (Amendment No. 6)

In accordance with clause 18 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2000, Goulburn Mulwaree Council hereby gives public notice of the exhibition of the Draft Goulburn Mulwaree Development Control Plan 2009 (Amendment No. 6).

 

The purpose of this Development Control Plan (DCP) is to amend Goulburn Mulwaree DCP 2009 to:

·         Remove the heritage sections of the DCP 3.1 and 3.2 and replace with new heritage sections 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3

·         Renumber all other sections of part 3 of the DCP accordingly;

o    3.1 to become Indigenous Heritage and Archaeology

o    3.2 to become European (Non-Indigenous) Heritage Conservation

o    3.3 to become General Heritage Item and Conservation Area Controls

o    3.3 Landscaping to become 3.4

o    3.4 Vehicular Access and Parking to become 3.5

o    3.5 Disability Standards for Access to become 3.6

o    3.6 Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design to become 3.7

o    3.7 Flood Affected Areas to become 3.8

o    3.8 Tree and Vegetation Preservation to become 3.9

o    3.9 Dryland Salinity to become 3.10

o    3.10 Waterbody and Wetland Protection to become 3.11

o    3.11 Groundwater to become 3.12

o    3.12 Basic Landholder Riparian Rights for Subdivision to become 3.13

o    3.13 Biodiversity Management to become 3.14

o    3.14 Stormwater Pollution to become 3.15

o    3.15 Impacts on Drinking Water Catchments to become 3.16

o    3.16 Bushfire Risk Management to become 3.17

o    3.17 Not in Use to become SUPERSEEDED 

Exhibition details:

The draft plan will be on public exhibition from Thursday 2 August 2018 until Monday 3 September 2018 at the following locations:

 

Ø  Goulburn Civic Centre,

184-194 Bourke Street, Goulburn

8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Ø  Goulburn Branch of the Southern Tablelands Regional Library,

Goulburn Civic Centre,

184-194 Bourke Street, Goulburn

10.00am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, 10.00am – 1.00pm Saturday, 2.00pm – 5.00pm Sunday.

Council invites submissions on the Draft DCP Amendment up until 5.00pm Monday 3 September 2018 when submissions close.

 

Submissions shall be made in writing to the General Manager and can be lodged in the following ways:

 

Ø  Submitted in person to Customer Service at the Civic Centre at 184-194 Bourke Street, Goulburn

Ø  Posted to Locked Bag 22 Goulburn NSW 2580

Ø  Emailed to council@goulburn.nsw.gov.au. 

Please note, submissions will be made public in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 including both the substance of the submission and the identity of the author. Submissions will potentially be provided or published in Council reports and correspondence, on Council’s website, to government agencies, in court proceedings or to any person seeking a copy.
