Public Exhibition of a Planning Proposal –Rezoning and amendment to Minimum Lot Size at Teneriffe- 133 Mary`s Mount, Goulburn
Goulburn Mulwaree Council gives notice of the public exhibition of a Planning Proposal under Schedule 1 Clause 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The intended outcome of this Planning Proposal is to amend the Goulburn Mulwaree Local Environmental Plan 2009 (GM LEP) to:
- Remove the RU6 Transition Zone from Lot 184, DP 1250044 and extend the R2 Low Density Residential zone across the entire lot, and
- Remove the 20ha minimum lot size from Lot 184, DP 1250044 and extend the 700m2 minimum lot size across the entire lot
The planning proposal applies to only part of the Teneriffe subdivision at 133 Mary`s Mount Road
Goulburn Mulwaree Council is the delegated plan making authority for the Planning Proposal under the conditions of the gateway determination (available for viewing with the Planning Proposal).
The Planning Proposal and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Monday, 8 November 2021 until close of business Friday, 10 December, 2021. A hard copy will be available to view at the Civic Centre (184 Bourke Street Goulburn) or the Goulburn Mulwaree Library during business hours.
Submissions shall be made in writing addressed to the General Manager, with the subject heading ‘Teneriffe Planning Proposal’ including the planning proposal number (REZ/0004/2021), in person at the Civic Centre, via post to Locked Bag 22 Goulburn, NSW, 2580 or emailed to email@example.com
Alternatively the Planning Proposal and supporting information is available to view and comment on through the NSW Government Planning Portal website www.planningportal.nsw.gov.au/ppr, using reference PP-2021-3744.
Please note, submissions may be made public in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 including both the substance and the identity of the author. Submissions may be provided or published in Council reports and correspondence, on Council’s website, to government agencies, in court proceedings or to any person seeking a copy. The onus is on anyone making a submission to advise if they have made any political donations within the last two (2) years.
