Public Exhibition of a Draft Planning Agreement in connection with the approved residential subdivision under DA/0171/1819 at:

Goulburn Mulwaree Council gives notice of the public exhibition of a Draft Planning Agreement under Section 7.5(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 for the purpose of entering into the Draft Planning Agreement.
It is intended that following the public exhibition period and subject to a review of any submission that Goulburn Mulwaree Council may enter in to the Draft Planning Agreement.
The Draft Planning Agreement and supporting information will be on public exhibition from Wednesday, 22 September, 2021 until close of business Thursday, 21 October, 2021. It will be available to view at the Civic Centre (184 Bourke Street Goulburn)*, or online on the Goulburn Mulwaree Council web site www.goulburn.nsw.gov.au under the “Public Exhibition” section.
* Please note that while COVID-19 restrictions are in place, the Draft Planning Agreement documents are not available for viewing at the Customer Service counter.
Submissions shall be made in writing addressed to the General Manager, with the subject heading ‘DA_0171_1819_Public Exhibition of Draft Planning Agreement’, in person at the Civic Centre*, via post to Locked Bag 22 Goulburn, NSW, 2580 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, submissions may be made public in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 including both the substance and the identity of the author. Submissions may be provided or published in Council reports and correspondence, on Council’s website, to government agencies, in court proceedings or to any person seeking a copy. The onus is on anyone making a submission to advise if they have made any political donations within the last two (2) years.
