The Highlands Source Project is being overseen by Council's own team of professionals who have substantial experience in pipeline construction, while GHD Pty Ltd has been selected as the preferred tenderer for Project Management and Design Services.
Negotiations will now take place between GHD and Goulburn Mulwaree Council to finalise contracts. The GHD tender is to provide Project Management and Design services for both the pre-construction (design and documentation) and construction stages.
