Stormwater Device Database
In 2004 a Microsoft Access database and accompanying documents and files was developed under NSW Stormwater Trust Strategic Grant 5024 by Mr. Robert Hodge, former Stormwater Education Officer, Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
A CD has been produced which includes the database, data entry and compliance documents, training modules (PowerPoint) and training manual (Acrobat). It was distributed to all Councils and Regional Organisations of Councils in NSW. Additional copies for Individuals, Councils or NSW Government Departments may be obtained, FREE OF CHARGE, by phoning Goulburn Mulwaree Council on (02) 4823 4417. Features of the database include:
- Microsoft Access 2000 designed to link to MapInfo Professional 7.5
- Data Entry for information on stormwater device
- Positional data (Address, GIS data etc.)
- Type data (Model, Manufacturer etc)
- Who/when installed the device
- Who/when cleaned and maintained the device
- Who/when reports on cleaning/maintenance of the device
- Pollutants collected (volume/mass/types)
- Analysis of pollutant data with link to Excel pivot table
- Rainwater Tank data entry
- Hyperlinks to mail merge compliance documents (Word)
- Hyperlink to Training Modules
