Water Rebates
The Goulburn Mulwaree Council currently has two (2) rebate schemes in operation.
These are:
- 4 star washing machines*
- 3/4 star showerheads and dual flush toilets
* Please note that this rebate is for water efficiency rated washing machines with a 4 star water rating. This rebate does not apply to 4 star energy ratings.
With the State Government introducing a new rainwater tank rebate from 1 July, Goulburn Mulwaree Council is no longer offering a separate rebate. Goulburn Mulwaree Council's rainwater tank rebate ceased as of close of business on 21 August 2007.
From $150 to $1500 is available for City and rural households under the state system, depending on the size of the tank and whether it is connected to toilets and washing machines.
