Goulburn Mulwaree Council unanimously secures City’s water until 2040

Goulburn Mulwaree Council has unanimously agreed to proceed with pre-construction, design, cost and funding work of the Highlands Source Project to secure Goulburn City’s water future until at least 2040.
Mayor Carol James said she believed this decision, made at an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday night, was the best way forward for Goulburn’s future water security.
