Goulburn Mulwaree Council has become the first regional council in NSW to have a comprehensively reviewed Local Environmental Plan (LEP) using the new template, following the document’s gazettal today.
The new LEP now comprises four planning instruments, encompassing 25 previous documents relating to LEPs, Development Control Plans and Contribution Plans.
