Repair work affects Eastgrove TV reception - Tues 9 Dec, 10.30am to 2.30pm
Due to technical difficulties and the age of the infrastructure, further repairs are required on the television transmitting aerial servicing much of Eastgrove.
This work will take place on Tuesday 9 December from 10.30am to around 2.30pm weather permitting. It means that Eastgrove properties receiving television reception via the aerial at the Baxter Boots tower will be without television reception during this period.
Council and contractors will complete the work in the shortest timeframe possible, however there is a slight possibility that reception will be affected until after 2.30pm.
The work is needed to repair faults in the cable supporting the aerial, which causes disruption to ABC and SBS coverage in some weather conditions. For more information or inquiries, call Council on 4823 4538.
