Eastgrove’s first City to Soil collection a “resounding success”

TThe first City to Soil Collection at Eastgrove has been hailed a resounding success.
Goulburn Mulwaree Council Facilities Manager David Rayner said staff had analysed the organic material collected on 31 July and found a contamination level of less than 0.1 per cent.
