Enhancing Goulburn CBD - HAVE YOUR SAYGoulburn Mulwaree Council is keen to hear from anyone with ideas or suggestion to enhance Goulburn Central Business District (CBD). Council has engaged consultants Edaw Pty Ltd to develop a CBD Master Plan for the area bounded by Blackshaw Road and Citizen, Cowper and Addison Streets. The Master Plan will provide standards and recommendations to attract business to the area and improve the image, attractiveness and functionality of the CBD. It also aims to maintain, protect, enhance and promote built and natural heritage.
It is preferred that written submissions are received by Wednesday 23 January 2008, prior to a public meeting planned for early February.
