Goulburn Mulwaree Council

Engineering Services


Most of Goulburn's public infrastructure is designed, built and maintained by Goulburn Mulwaree Council's Engineering Services Department.

The following is a break down of the various sections in this department and their areas of responsibility: 

  • Waste and Aquatic - manages Goulburn Aquatic Centre and Waste Management Services.
  • Water Services - responsible for water, sewer, trade waste, effluent farm, Councils Water Filtration Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
  • Engineering Development - responsible for road safety, assets and design.
  • Parks & Recreation - responsible for grass cutting, Councils cemetries, recreation area, weed control, parks and museums.
  • Works - roads, CBD cleaning, lines and signs, footpaths and kerb and gutter.Water Services - responsible for water, sewer, trade waste, effluent farm, Councils Water Filtration Plant and Waste Water Treatment Plant.
