Payment Methods
Council provides various payment methods to pay accounts such as rates and water. Payment of accounts may be made via the following methods.
Australia Post Offices
Payment may be made at any Post Office. The Post Office will issue a receipt.
Mail
Cheque payment by mail to Locked Bag 22, Goulburn NSW 2580.
Bpay
Contact your Bank, Building Society or Credit Union.
Direct Debit Automatic Direct Debits from your bank account can be processed as your installment falls due or every second Thursday.

In Person
Payments in person may be made at:
Council's Customer Services Counter, Civic Centre, Bourke Street, Goulburn
Opening times
Monday to Friday 8.45am to 4.15pm.
Payments
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and Credit Cards.
