Office Opening Times

Rates, water accounts, animal registrations and other payments to Goulburn Mulwaree Council may be made in person at Council's Customer Service Counter at the Council offices located in Bourke Street Goulburn.
Payments may be made Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 4.30pm and be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card.
