Alcohol-Free Zones in Goulburn - 15 Apr 2005 Goulburn Mulwaree Council advises that an alcohol-free zone is in place within the area bounded by Clinton Street, Bourke Street, Bradley Street and Sloane Street, comprising public roads including the roadways of the streets so named and public places that are carparks.
