Community Transport
This service provides transport for frail aged people, younger people with disabilities carers and people living in rural remote areas who may be transport isolated. The service operates in the Local Government areas of Goulburn Mulwaree and Upper Lachlan.
The Service is managed by Mr Richard Hammond and is housed at the McDermott Centre. This program is funded under the Home and Community Care Program and also receives Community Transport Program Funds which allows for the provision of transport for people who are transport isolated because of geographic remote areas.
This program operates and meets HACC standards and adheres to the Disability Services Act of 1993.
